At the helm of Cocolicious is Lucinda Hamilton (Loulou), the proud & hard working creator of this, her first Pâtisserie Café in Cranbrook, Kent!  

Loulou's earliest childhood memories, spent in Africa & Europe, were of precious simple moments spent sharing food with her gaggle of sisters at home. Later studying hotel management & catering in Switzerland & London Loulou learnt her trade ~the art of fine food. 

Under the watchful eye of Anton Mosimann her career in the kitchen took flight, before working at The Ritz meeting the very highest expectations at the front of house! Whilst taking time to nurture her own brood of three children, the Cocolicious brand was born.  For the past five years, Loulou has been busy creating the finest cakes & treats for her catering business which she operated from her kitchen at home

So, in 2014 with the loyal & enduring help from her husband Andrew and her team of little helpers & tasters at home, Loulou took the plunge to realise her dream of creating her own Pâtisserie Café.

The very essence of the Pâtisserie Café is simple.  It’s all about delicious food made with skill & care, using the tastiest ingredients and served with love & aplomb.  

With a wonderful team behind her, Loulou looks forward to welcoming guests into the café who can take a moment to enjoy the simple pleasure of food, the finest coffee & the company of friends.
